Advertising platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for platform decisions, including ad disapprovals, account suspensions, or policy changes. Match Affiliates is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta, or Microsoft.
Fees, billing cycles, and ad-spend arrangements are set out in your engagement agreement. Ad spend paid to platforms is separate from our management fees unless stated otherwise.
Website content, branding, and materials on this site are owned by Match Affiliates or its licensors. Deliverables created for you are governed by your engagement agreement. You retain rights to materials you provide to us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match Affiliates is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the site or services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify Match Affiliates against claims arising from your content, products, offers, or breach of these terms.
Either party may terminate an engagement as described in the applicable agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Boston, MA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Boston, MA.
